Comfortable strap on the skin with velcro fastening which enables you to have it as tight or as loose as you require. I haven't worn a watch for years as after a while they mark your arm and irritate but the strap here is excellent. Bought this just for wearing for football coaching but have found myself wearing it all day every day, it isn't intrusive at all and is very comfortable. Face is very easy on the eye and for 15 odd this is one very satisfied customer indeed.
