This is the genuine article - a Swiss made Renata battery exactly as per the one I removed from an Armani watch. At the watch repair counter at a London department store we were quoted £28 to replace the battery!! Gifted Direct (via Amazon) sold the battery for 90 pence plus p&p. At £28 versus £0.90 - provided you can remove and replace the back of your watch casing - this is a no-brainer!

Well what can I say 27p for a watch battery, can't really go wrong can you. It seems to be the genuine thing and my watch is working perfectly. Was delivered quickly also.

The item is a standard battery, which is cheap, but they managed to pack and send it for about the cost of a stamp. Only time will tell if the battery is any good.
