Just in case you aren't paying attention December 8, 2007 C. J. Hopkins (Wales) 20 out of 42 found this review helpful
This guitar costs more than buying the Guitar and the game together. If you want another guitar, buy the one with the game then sell the game at you local second hand shop. Obvious I know, but I felt I should point this out to terminally absent minded people, who dont look at prices
This aint even out yet December 27, 2007 Charles Dickens 9 out of 14 found this review helpful
how can you comment on this when it isnt even out yet? it`ll be coming out next year (end of jan sometime), and i dowbt they will be selling it at the price stated. everywhere else has it pre-ordered for about 45. get ur facts straight before commenting on stuff
I just got it and we're rocking out! March 6, 2008 G. Yang (London, UK) 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
Just ignore CJ Hopkins, once the guitar was released the price dropped to 45, just like Charles Dickens said it would. I also think that reviewing something before it's released is a waste of time, it just shows you that people don't know what they're talking about! Bought it from Amazon while they stocked it and believe me, the game is just that much better when there are 2 people playing! It's exactly the same as the one packaged with the game, and comes packaged with Duracell batteries, which was surprising given the no name ones that are normally packed with electrical items. Now to get me some more guitar games...

Appears that the prophet of doom was correct - absolutely amazing but true- they are selling a guitar on its own for 64.98 ... lol
Great piece of kit - and works with PC! July 29, 2008 Paul Howard (London, England) I bought GH3 for pc. This come bundled with the xplorer guitar from GH2 on XBOX. This is a wired guitar, so leaves you very limited in the amount of jumping around you can do. After a bit of googling, I found out that this guitar, although not officially licenced to the PC version of the game, works perfectly. I did't get it form Amazon, but surched the wed and founs a much better price. I've been playing with it for the first time tonight, and I am here to say that it does indeed work perfectly with the PC version of the game, as long as you also have the X360 wireless reciever for windows. As this guitar is wireless and runs on batteries, I recommend you either get so rechargable AA's, or get the official GH rechargable battery. This will save you s on battereis in the long run. You may find people complain that the connection to the neck becomes dodgey after a while, but I suspect that if you remve the neck and clean the contacts with a suitable product, this problem can be resolved easily. Highly recommend this, either for X360 or PC. Brilliant piece of kit.
