While rechargeable batteries last longer then this packs 25 Hour game play, this (for me) is a really essential bit of equipment. You can plug it into the front USB slot and into the controller and play while you are playing. This is a main thing for me as the controller gives you loads of warning that the battery is dying, giving you time to plug it into the console and carry on playing.
The wire is nearly as long as the xbox cable, giving you plenty of space.

Its a no-brainer really. If you have wireless contollers then get this. It comes of course with a rechargeable battery. If you have multiple wireless controllers then buy multiple rechargeable batteries. You will only need the one play and charge kit.
Playing whilst charging is made easy thanks to the exceptionally long cable.

Its a great thing to have for your wireless controler but i would recomend buying the quick charge first. This play and charge kit should only be used for when you dont have time to recharge. Otherwise buy the quick charge because its alot quicker at charging and u can charge when not playing the game. To get 25 hours of wireless control using the P&C you have to have it as a wired controller for 6 hours at a time during gaming, taking away the point of a wireless controller. So I reccommed even though it is very handy if you want to charge your controller get the quick charge first. This play and charge only becomes handy when you dont want to stop gaming for it to charge.

Ok, it's good for the fact it charges your controller whilst you play, but as its plugged in, it takes 6 hours to charge, the quick charge takes 2. Also as the person before me said, it defeats the point of wireless. Also really if you must continously play your console for it to charge, its pointless. Whats wrong with stopping, putting it in the quick charge kit for 2 hours then go back on. It encourages breaks, this just gives you an excuse to play more games, and then you will have to go to that clinic centre for addicted gamers

This is a must have if you have an xbox 360 with the wireless controller. Saves you running out of batterys at the crucial point whilst playing killcount on PDZ. You can charge the batterys whilst still playing so no need to stop play. Just plug the lead into the usb on the front and the speacial connector into the controller and your good to go.
