Great Game December 5, 2005 Miss Emily Shearring (UK) 11 out of 21 found this review helpful
I have really enjoyed playing this game. It tells you as you go along what you need to do and how to do things.
Fantastic Game January 3, 2006 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
If you like platform games then this is the game for you!I really enjoyed playing it and got into it very quickly! Buy it and have some fun!
Great game! January 20, 2006 Penny Jagger (Taunton, UK) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This game is so cool! It has lots of different levels, which are fairly easy, and it tells you how to play the game as you go along. There's also stuff to collect on the way, and candy obstacles to avoid. You play as Charlie and try to stop the other children getting into mischeif! You also have to help the oompa loompas when the machines break down and stuff. I'd say the age recomendation for this game is 8 - 10 years, as some parts are fairly hard.
To easy!!! February 13, 2006 jubba the hut (Engalnd) 2 out of 6 found this review helpful
I think this is a rubbish game as it only has about 14 EASY lvs.I gave it a 3 out of 5 because it has some good mini games, but other wise i would give it a 1.I was really disappointed with this game and probly going to sell it!i DONT recomend it but i do recoment people to wait till Chibi-robo comes out and buy it.
Meh... April 25, 2006 ratty2608 (UK) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Mediocre is the best word I can think of for this game. It is basically your bog-standard platform game. Nothing really special. There aren't enough levels and some of them are quite repetitive, but on the other hand there are some quite inventive levels and mini games. Some small bits are also quite inventive, like using Oompa Loompas to help you, which involves a bit of strategic thinking. The one thing that annoyed me was that you cannot save until you get to the end of the level, and some of the levels are quite long. There are no checkpoints so if you lose all your lives you have to go right back to beginning of the level, even if you were nearly at the end! This can be quite frustrating if there's a hard bit near the end of a level that you just can't get past! The game was fairly easy, but I am 18, so it probably should be! I would think a 10 year old would find it challenging enough but if you're any older I wouldn't bother.
