It was super-hard to start with, but because you have 3 levels of circuit you can work as hard as you can and stop at the level you want.

Harvey motivates me because he is serious and is always telling you what you *will* do, not letting you get away with slacking.

Of all my vidoes this one makes me feel like I've worked the hardest and I find it gives amazing results being mostly fat burining cardio work. I reccomend it to EVERYONE!

I bought this video after xmas to help fight back at all those goodies that just have to be eaten! This video offers health advice before starting which can help viewers decide which level to start at and whether they are physically fit to be able to participate.
there are three levels (or stages) to this video workout: beginners (circuit 1), intermediate (circuit 2) and advanced (circuit 3). There is also a warm-up and cool down to help prepare the body for the exercises. This video offers viewers the chance to master each levels before proceding to the next, which is perfect for a beginner like me! After just two weeks of participating with video (warm up, circuit 1, cool down for only five days) i lost 10lbs. I honestly would recommend this video to someone wanting to lose weight,its fun its easy once you've mastered each levels of fitness and Harvey doesn't shout!Promise.

The video comprises of a warmup followed by three fifteen minute circuits then a cool down. The circuits are tough going but you really feel like you've done something when it's over. You actually feel you have to work hard at this because Harvey's watching you! I found this worked for me and kept me going, he certainly won't let you slack.

Being used to tae bo, I thought I'd try something different for a change. I wish I hadn't. Yes, by the end you do feel like you've worked out, but to be honest the video is so boring (no energising music, no encouraging words) that I can see me getting fed up with this one pretty quickly.

The exercises aren't explained in full so unless you've done them before you have to keep watching the screen to see if you're doing it correctly. I also noticed that the forward punches are not done correctly in the video.

By the end I felt like a little girl who had been told off and forced to exercise. Okay if you like that sort of workout, but I prefer a more happy, friendly approach with upbeat music in the background. I'm sorry, but this video to me was a waste of money.

I think this is the best work out video I have ever done he keeps you moving and working out every part of your body three stages with a warm up and a cool down.
Since starting this work out 2 weeks ago i have lost 1 stone.
I feel like i have more energy and i feel great i do the work out every day and its hard but thats the whole point to a work out video.
