| Customer Reviews: THE COUNTRYS GOLDEN SOAP June 14, 2004 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Eastenders is the nations favourite soap opera. This VHS brings you inside the world of Walford. It fetaures many classic moments such as Grant hearing the tape from Phil and Sharon, Phil torching the vic and of cource Den handing Angie divorce papers for a Christmas present! Eatenders has not been very good in recent years (except for Dens return and Alfie Moon) so buy this and be reminded of the glory years.
well done July 17, 2010 Mrs. A. C. Wiseman I am pleased with my video, it came quickly and is in good condition. Thank you.
Great overall November 10, 2000 2 out of 5 found this review helpful
Great overall for the EE fan, whether old or new. It's a fun trip down Memory Lane, and the "behind-the-scenes" bits are interesting. I hold back one star because it could have done with more behind-the-scenes, more in-depth character coverage, and better star interviews. It could actually have been wonderfully longer had it had these. But if you're a fan, you'll certainly enjoy this video even as it stands.
If you have any sense you'll avoid this February 19, 2004 H A Chapman (UK) 4 out of 22 found this review helpful
'EastEnders' is one of Britain's most space wasting programmes. How a nation can become gripped and enthralled by such rubbish is a mystery. It involves nothing but depression and misery and is poorly acted by a bunch of clueless cockneys. 19 years now has become a bit much so if you have any sense you'll wish to avoid this.
