Having grown up with Campion, I was overjoyed to see a video released containing an episode which had missed me the first time round. This story, "The Case of the late Pig", did not dissapoint me. It was just as enjoyable as the rest! It is likely that most people interested in these programmes are those who are already familiar with the gentlemen detective, Albert Campion. They will already know how much fun this is and will need no pursuading!
In this double video set, Campion investigates the murder of an old School acquaintance and becomes involved with stolen artwork. Risking near misses to himself in the process! Despite being thirteen years old, this series has never lost its shine and is as wonderful today as it was in the Eighties.
For anyone who has come across this by accident, take it from me that this is a very good buy. An enjoyable distraction for a rainy afternoon.
