Let down by the muscles from Brussels January 27, 2002
As this is a worth-the-money vhs double Universal Soldier on its own would've done me fine. I have nothing against Van Damme but the fact of the matter is that Universal Soldier totally outclasses it. The mix between sci-fi and martial arts on Timecop is far from intriguing but nearer to pathetic. Aside from that, Universal soldier is rather outstanding and has a Terminator-like star.The combination may be worth the money but do yourself a favour and just buy Universal soldier buy itself.
