Cyber Head September 29, 2006 P. Hodges (uk) 32 out of 33 found this review helpful
This is a great toy!It has 3 small buttons on the lower right side of the helmet, the first button plays recorded phrases, the second button allows you to change your voice into a cyberman, and the third button plays the stun grip sound effect. This helmet can fit any size head by using the adjustable straps. The only slight problem is with the voice change facility, where you have to speak in a low voice up close to the microphone in order for it to work efficiently.Overall a very good product.
cyberman voice changer helmet September 30, 2006 bad wolf (Somerset, England) 31 out of 33 found this review helpful
When i got this item i was delighted. It looked just like the cybermen on the show.It work really well and i've still got the same batteries it from when i got it 2 months ago.You can still hear your voice under the cyber voice when it's in voice changer mode, and the pre recorded speech is great fun. Inside the helmet is a pitch switch allowing you to change the pitch of the cyber voice. Also it has an ajustable strap to fit children and adults.this item is really fun and is a must for any doctor who fan.
Fun toy November 2, 2006 S. D. Williams (North Wales, GB) 15 out of 16 found this review helpful
My 5 year old saved up his pocket money to buy this toy and it has been brilliant. I thought it was a bit expensive for what it was but it has provided hours of fun. The phrases are good and the voice changer is excellant.
fantastic and not just for the kids! November 2, 2006 Mrs. P. J. A. Mackintosh (scotland, uk) 11 out of 12 found this review helpful
What a great toy. I thought it was a bit pricey, but managed to get it on Amazon at amazing price of 24.99 with free P+P. I was really pleased as they are now selling for near 45!?! I love the voice recorder and the phrases are great. I bought this for my son for christmas, but keep playing with it when he is out. I will have to ger new batteries. He will be so pleased as he keeps asking for it. Great toy, pricey, but if you shop around and get it cheaper it is well worth the money.
A Steal of a price for Doctor Who ! July 21, 2007 Mrs. C. A. Degg (Staffordshire UK) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
Awesome, well and truley a good buy! Bought this from Amazon as the price was well below anywhere else, less than half price actually, so well worth possibly buying and putting away for Christmas for any serious Doctor Who fan young or old. (Earn extra brownie points buy buying this). Well worth the 14.00 something. Plus free delivery over 15.00, a steal. I thought oh another piece of over priced plastic, will last no more than ten minutes than boredom will set in ..... no husband thinks it is great (and no it wasn't bought for him). Bought for our son's birthday, so he still doesn't know. Have tried it out though, put it through its paces and I can say money well spent, it looks the part, the head size is adjustable I know I read a while ago somewhere that the size is small, but it fits me as an adult. The sounds are great, and the lights really super, just the present for any serious Doctor Who fan, young or old, girl or boy. . The best bit is that it is not just cheap and flimsy but quite robust and does look really good especially if you were going to a fancy dress party, just have to find the rest of the body though .....(Blue Peter eat your heart out) Priced so cheaply, does make you consider the fact you could hold your own Doctor party, much better than a costume ball, a cyber ball ! I have had so much fun with it and that is before our five year old has seen it . (more batteries now required). Warning if buying it for a present for someone other than one living in your home, buy two as you will want to keep it.
