Very light and comfortable running shorts September 1, 2008

The heading sort of says it all really. These shorts are very light and comfortable to wear when running. The outer fabric doesn't get heavy and sticky even after a long sweaty run and the stitched in briefs do a very good job moving sweat away from the body to stop chafing.
The baggy, loose fit means that the short don't feel tight or uncomfortable in any areas, and at the same time they're not so baggy that you end up with fabric flapping all over the place.
There is a little zip pocket just below the waist band on the back which is very handy for keys etc. although it is not big enough for bulkier items such as mobile phones. Having said that, even if it was, I very much doubt it would be very comfortable running with anything too big and heavy in the back pocket, so no problems on that front.
Personally I don't particularly like the look and feel of traditional smaller running shorts - and I'm of the opinion that tight cycling short are for cycling ... and cycling only, so these shorts really are perfect perfect as far as I'm concerned.
