It works by creating an invisible barrier that protects the skin against chafing and blisters. By preventing skin trouble before it starts, Bodyglide helps to avoid the need for remedial first aid action. As Bodyglide actually penetrates the skin as opposed to sitting on top of the skin like conventional petroleum products which ultimately rub off, generally, there is only need for one application. Most individuals find that there is no need for reapplication even after pounding the streets for marathon length distances.
