So Whats different to the new model? well we looked at the reviews listened to our customers and although we were getting great feedback there were are'a that we found that could be improved and made to fit in with most peoples needs. It may take longer than a few seconds to put up compared to the old model but you are getting a higher quality piece of kit. with a total of 12 different grip locations the chin up bar gives you the option to perform a variety of pull ups using different hand positions. Targeting different muscles and area's of the body. Overall it's better in many ways, you only have to look at the reviews for our old model to see that it was already a great piece of kit which we have just made even better!

If your looking for a doorway chinning bar, then i would definatley recommend this one as it does not require any screws in the door frame. Furthermore it is an excelent device for perfecting your press up technique.
Delivery is excelent at just over 5 for such a large and heavy item this is good value for your money.
One small complaint is that the product i recieved, the plastic end on both of the curved tubes had snapped off. These are non-esential however so there was no need for return.
Overall if your looking for those perfect biceps.... youve come to the right place.

This thing is designed very smartly. It places its weight on the doorframe, and so requires no screws to keep stable. It is however quite heavy, and it isn't foldable so it does take up a bit of room. But having said that, it's great for chin ups, and it allows you to really work your lats and biceps. My only issue with this product is that it doesn't allow you to do a wide-grip pull up, (the one that works most of your lats) as the doorframe gets in the way. Having said that, you can still do many exercises with this equipment, and although it's very useful for keeping fit, I wouldn't recommend it on its own. Gym sessions are still important.

was very reluctant, but the reviews were great, so bit the bullet and ordered.
its actually very easy and good to use, and no marks on the doorframe, which is what I was worried about.
highly recommended, much better then the bar, which I also have.

I ordered this item on a thursday afternoon and recieved just the following monday. I was worried whether it would fit my door or not, because I thought the door frame was diffrent to the one in the pictures. But it fits fine and is a really really good work out. To take it off you just lift it off the frame and put it away. I have seen a massive diffrence in just 2 weeks. Amazing peace of kit. Cant recommened it more.

I ordered this on a friday, and recieved it the following tuesday from amazon. I'm absolutely crap at chin-ups/pull-ups, and this is the perfect solution for learning. At the moment i'm doing hangs, at full-extension, half-extension, and full chin-up level. I'm also jumping into full chin-up level and lowering myself as slowly as i can. These will all enable me to eventually do full pull-up/chin-ups. I cannot rate this highly enough. Although this product does come with brackets to screw in above the door frame, as of yet i still have not put these in. I definitely would advise using these brackets for safety reasons, as if this does ever slip of the door frame i could see myself having an injury.
But to be honest i've been using it without the brackets for over a week, and as long as i check the positioning each time, i know that my own body-weight keeps the bar in place, and i fully trust the device. Again i do intend to install the brackets tommorow, and would advise everyone to do the same.
