For example a dual-action fingertip lever at the chest press station adjusts the arm to 21 different positions. Simply slide the bench out to access the low pulley and squat plate a whole new range of exercises become available. And the leg-developer station attached to the bench is always ready to go whatever position the bench is in.The Online 1400 is handsome too with the same sturdy columnar frame that sets Vectra apart.
