Desperately wanting a power plate but having the smallest budget I researched virtually every product in the 100- 150 price range. This toner is much better than I expected for my money. It's very substantial in size. I really did expect something small and plastic. I'm 5'4" and way too wide for my liking and this is perfect for my height and weight. Can't really comment yet on the results but I'm starting to use it and can already feel that it could work should I bother to use it daily. It is portable but it doesn't come with wheels like some models. Overall initial review is that this is a good model for those on a small budget

Just arrived this week and I'm addicted. I have a very busy life and I also have back trouble (prolapsed discs) so some exercises really trigger off my sciatica. I do have dogs to walk so I get "proper" exercise with them. However this is just so addictive! I tend to hop onto it any time I have a free five minutes and do some pilates stretches. I reall hope it will build up the core muscles supporting my middle as that would help my back. I just feel I have that "buzz" you get from exercising for about an hour after each time I use it. I seem to have loads more energy.

I bought this item after trying a PowerPlate and being impressed with it's performance but not it's price tag. I have been using it for just over two weeks, and I can already see a difference in my muscle tone and definitely felt the after effects of it on the backs of my legs and my abs after the first couple of sessions. I would give it 5 stars but it is a little on the tall side and quite heavy (18kgs) but it's not hugely bulky and it's easy to put together. Excellent value for money and worth buying.

I was a bit sceptical about buying this machine, but I am delighted with it.... excellent value for money.... only got it a mine a week ago but can feel the benefits already, I have been off work for six months due to illness and am trying to get fit to get back to work... conventional exercise machines are no good as I needed to build up strength and muscle tone in my legs, I am walking further than I have in months,,also feel more energetic... just take it easy when using this machine at first it is really powerful... highly recommended.... happy exercising!!!!

I got this machine because i suffer with HMS and need to improve my muscle tone to support my joints. Having a very low budget i got this machine. Its easy to put together, my partner did it in 5-10 minutes and its easy on the eyes and not too bulky.
I have used it now a few times only having only just got it and i can feel the results in my groin and calf muscles, its very powerful!!!!! so take it easy - im yet to see how it does toning and weight loss wize, but i feel ive had a full work out after a few minutes. so im happy!
