NOT A BAD PIECE OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE PRICE, ITS ONLY FAULT BEING THE TENDANCY OF THE RUBBER BANDS TO BREAK, WHICH RENDERS THE MACHINE USLESS,(IT DOES HAVE SPARES) ONCE AGAIN WE HAVE A REWORKING, OR SHOULD I SAY REPACKAGING OF A TRIED AND TESTED EXERCISE REGIME FOR THE ABDOMINALS, IF YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS, WHICH ARE SIMPLE YOU WILL SEE RESULTS QUITE QUICKLY, AND COMBINED WITH A REDUCTION IN ONES CALORIE INTAKE YOU WILL SHAPE UP THAT TUMMY, YOU ARE LESS LIKELY TO HURT YOUR BACK USING THIS THAN WITH TRADITIONAL CRUNCHES, ITS LIKE EVERYTHING, IT TAKES DISIPLINE AND ITS NOT A MIRACLE CURE FOR INACTIVITY, 6 MINUTES DOES NOT SOUND LONG, BUT WITH ALL THE RESISTANCE BANDS IN THE SIDE SLOTS YOU WILL GET A SWEAT UP, IF YOU DONT THEN YOUR EITHER DEAD OR YOUR FIT ENOUGH WITH OUT IT. I got the more expensive version and tbh these are just a waste of money, they say it's a "perfect crunch every time" well that is a lie.
the only time this is good for toning up your abs is when you sit onto a chair with your back straight and make knees go up, however when going down, it's like working your arm muscles not your abs, you hafta use your arms to support yourself, but it's still the arms that do the workout not your abs, if you let your arms go lose, you will just end up whacking your neck on the top bit, and when you have your arms supporting it, your arms do the job so you just can't win.
i say stick with crunches on the floor, if you do them right it's much better than a ab working device.

the equipment does do the job if you use it properly however it does have a tendency to break. especially if you use your arms to pull it down instead of your abs. its not particularly easy to use and not brilliant quality.

Well I will disagree with the fact that it work your arms if you use it properly it dose really work your abs just follow the specific instruction however I will agree that you need low body fat but this was never meant to create abs as you've had those all along just tone and define them which it would say it dose quite well and considering sit ups hurt my ass a good purchase for me -just follow instructions -rubbers bands (there 6 of em you only use 2 at a time(different tensions for difficulty adjustment) haven't broken on me yet (had it 3 weeks) but well see

This will not give you abs etc. We all have a six pack it is just that most off us have too much body fat. All this and all ab-work out stuff will do is perhaps thicken the muscle. lose significant weight, get your bmi down to 15 and guess what? - your abs appear. Every person you see with great abs has very low body fat. period.
