Slendertone Flex Female

I had heard loads of positive comments that Flex could help you achieve this without having to go to the gym(which I cannot stand.)

I researching what similar things were on the market and came to realise that the Slendertone products were the best out there due to being long established.

Well, what can I say: I have not looked back. Apart from being simple to use (as I am not the best at working out electronic devices), the moment I put the belt on I felt like I had made a great purchase.

Immediately when I turned the intensity of the impulses up, I felt my tummy contracting and after my first half hour session I felt like I had done a full abdominal toning session.

Having used the product for 6 weeks now, I have lost an inch from my waist, but better still, I can see some definition in my stomach which I am delighted about.

I am going on holiday soon and feel that without my Flex I would not be as willing to bear all in my bikini. My boyfriend has just brought another Slendertone product, the Active male because it is compatitble with people who like to workout, and he was so impressed with how my body now looks!

I am totally converted and want to buy all the products now, as do my very jealous friends! I feel like I have really got my money's worth and just wanted to share my great experience. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have ordered the BT already so I can start to sort out my bum and my thighs, this is meant to be a cool product to from all reports!

Since using the Flex, my attitude toward health has changed, I am eating more healthily so as to get the best out of my fave gadget.

Oh, and if you want to check out more about how the products work you should go onto their website. Being a bit unsure of the more technical aspect of the Flex, I was interested in finding out exactly how it worked, so I went online and got loads of info on EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) which is the scientific explanation of how the product works.

It is so clever and really interesting, and puts your mind at rest as to how this amazing piece of technology manages to have such a great effect on the stomach.

From what I have discovered, Slendertone itself has been established for about 30 years, and because they are actually Bio Medical Researchers, their products are actually tested and adapted all the time ensuring that people like me get their money's worth!

I got this product for my girlfriend, not to imply she needs any trimming, but it's something she wanted to try.

It's easy to use, the instructions are clear and before you know it, its round your waist and contracting those muscles like a laughing hyena!

This product is a great way to supplement any exercise programme you're doing, and it allows you to step up your routine. It even remembers the level you were on the last time, so there's no fiddling with the controls, you just need to change the time duration.

I even gave it a whirl and it really does feel like you've done an abdominal session. A worthwhile buy, and a pretty good investment if you want additional excising, but without the hassle of rolling out the floor mat. Total ease to get on with other things.

I would give this 5 stars, but since I haven't done the research or have tried other similar products in the market I cant be too biased to judgement, but I think this is a pretty good product, so much so, I may invest in the male version myself!

My boyfriend bought me this as a gift!! I know, for most that would be the death of a relationship, but as Im recovering from a nasty leg injury Im finding it hard to target the difficult areas until Im fully fit and can back to the gym. So far.... so good... Ive been using it for 4 weeks now and have seen a definate improvement to the tone and shape of my waist area. The annoying thing is, the new jeans I bought a mear month ago are now too big and I will have to buy some new ones! I cant wait to use this in conjunction with a cardio workout to see what results I get then. By no means rely on this as your only form of ab work, they are tough muscles to target at the best of times, but certainly a great addition to an ongoing programme. (it also forces me to sit and do NOTHING else for the 30 min slots where I can focus on my physio for my leg too!)
