I searched hi-and-lo for a pair of MIRRORED aviator sunglasses. I loved the look of these, they seemed ideal.
Unfortunately when I recieved them, there was a very large, and very ugly, piece of bright orange plastic bridging between the two lenses.
I have had to do a bit of DIY on my sunglasses and snipped this piece of plastic off. It had a metal bar running through it which required quite a bit of hard work.
In summary: Don't buy until they take the plastic off.

I'm going skiing in these glasses and I'm going to look awesome.
They're big, they're shiny, and they hoop behind the ears, so when I fall over and embarrass myself, my sunnies will (a) not fall off, and (b) still make me look awesome.

When i decided to order this product, the price and IMMENSE discount worried me. However when it arrived i was pleasantly surprised.
Its a pretty sturdy pair of shades, with a very attractive look in link with current fashion trends. It also has special "sides" (for lack of a better word) which helps secure the glasses on your face.
There are some downsides though. The ORANGE brow bar is can be a bit annoying at first though i must say it DOES grow on you. It is a pointless addition, as most the time your face doesnt even touch this bar. Also, the special sides make it difficult to put on and remove, especially if you have some form of hairstyle.
Though, based on its pros and cons as long as the price stays below about 20 - 25, it is great value, considering some opticians may charge you hundreds for something of the same standard but with a fancy name on the frame.

I'll give you the run down on the 10 minute history of my Aviators...
Arrived all well and good in the post and have to say they looked alright in the hand. However the daft looking image coming back from the mirror had to be put down to the massive shiny things sitting very badly on the end of my honk. But they couldn't sit there too long with the driving pain behind my ears! In an effort to correct the guantanamo-flexy-torture-earbars, a slight (honestly!) twist was made on the metal - which promptly came off in my hand. Disgusted, i decided to try em on again to affirm their ulgyness and assure myself of the all round lack of design. It was then i stabbed myself in the side of the head with the broken bar drawing a nice shiny bead of blood. The Aviators destiny was now clear - crushed to bits by the wrath of man and slam dunked in the bin!

I received a pair of these as a gift, they are very ugly and impractical. They are also uncomfortable to wear.
