If you already possess Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Elements, or Photo Impact, then there is nothing here you do not already have.However, if you are new to photo editing, look no further. This will take you much further than Roxio Photo Suite, Ulead Photo Express, or Picture It. Apart from Elements, and Serif Photo Plus - also worth considering, it is the only program to have a magnetic lasso tool which works. It also has a useful manual. When you consider the features and the price - its PhotLab Express for first place!
