Established over 40 years ago to supply education authorities, for the last ten years they have specialised in manufacturing a distinctive range of domestic bakeware. Heavy gauge alloys are used to ensure robust construction; many products have a removable base so that the cooked food can be removed perfectly. Cake pans are a full 3 deep and up to 4 deep, with the larger sizes, Square cake pans have welded corners to ensure they cant bow, Sandwich pans are a full 1 deep for lighter sponges; Baking sheets are made from a rigid alloy, which ensures that they dont distort in the oven.

I purchased this cake pan after seeing a review in the Good Food Mag. It is without doubt the best cake pan I have ever used.It cooks absolutely evenly and almost cuts cooking time in half. I am just about to purchase another so that I can bake 2 cakes at the same time for my christmas hampers (that best friends and family have to suffer each year!).
