Too small August 16, 2008 Emma Weaver (UK) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I bought these thinking wow all these cutters for this price. Very disappointed when they arrived. The numbers are a good size and so is the star and heart shapes. The circle shape is so flimsy and bendy no way will you be able to use it for cutting cookies! The letters are tiny, only 1cm tall and wide! hardly cookie sizes! quite hard to cut the letters out and get them to stay in the alphabet shape due to how tiny they are. would not recommend this set at all
Flimsy and not worth the price November 10, 2008 Ms. I. E. Ewing (Essex, UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought these as a present for a close friend, and on arrival the packaging looked fantastic, very kitch/modern and it all looked very promising. Alas, the cutters themselves were very disappointing. They were flimsy and badly made, some of them had bent in the tin and no ammount of re-shaping was going to work. The letters are also too tiny to make cookies out of and are completely useless. I felt embarrased when my friend opened her gift....I wouldn't even buy it for a four-year old. It is a shame Nigella has linked her name to such a badly produced and overly-priced product.....yet again!
