A very good product, simply becuase, it does not warp or buckle in the high heat of the oven.This one fact makes it worth the price alone. So the tray is perfect for roast potatoes. In the last week I had purchased 5 differant oven trays all of which I had to return for a refund becuase they all warped in the oven, despite being recommended for 250 degrees in the oven.Although the tray does not have a layer of non-stick, vitreous enamel acts very much like non-stick it has a very smooth surface-it is very hard to scratch, I`ve been using it since the 12th of Febuary and nothing has stuck to it, not even melted cheese-the smooth enamel makes washing up very easy, although the dishwasher can be used. Even metal utensils can be used-with care. My only complaint is that the tray cannot be used directly on the stove/cooker top. However I am still very,very pleased with this product-simply becuase no more warping!

Having purchased this baking tray on the basis of the review that says it doesn't buckle I feel I must write and tell you it does. At only Gas Mark 6 it will warp in the heat, flattening again as it cools. Fine for oven chips and pizza but disappointing. When making a quiche from scratch I will continue to use my Mermaid roasting tin as a solid reliable heat conducting base on which to put the quiche tin. However, the Prestige vitreous enamel does go in the dishwasher unlike anodised aluminium.
