Product Description Contemporary Steel Chimenea and brand new for 2009. Made from 1.8mm heavy gauge steel and finished with a stainless steel top. High temperature paint finish and log grate included.
Comes flat pack for straight forward build. Will make a fantastic impression to your garden. Burns all solid fuels. In some instances paint will peel due to over firing. This can be remedied by rubbing down the affected area and respraying with heat resistent paint. Using heat resistent paint at the end of the season will prolong the life of your chiminea.

Very happy with my new chiminea. Easy to put together and one person can do it. Looks fantastic - very modern and minimalist - never liked those fussy terracotta ones, kept hoping someone would launch something modern and here it is. Well designed - easy to light and good heat all around. Used it on a windy day and little smoke out the front, mostly up the chimney as designed. I'm sure it will rust in time as it's metal and will stand outside (and I'm loathe to cover it as it looks so funky), but this is clearly stated on the box and is to be expected with metal. I'm sure a regular rub down with an oily rag and/or a touch-up with heat-paint will be fine.

I ordered this for outdoors and wanted a modern look instead of the boring old fashioned look that exists.
Took 10 mins to assemble and the unit was delivered mega fast 3 days to the South of France.I have already had our French neighbour asking us where we got it from.
Looking forward to using in the Autumn.
