large fan but excellent value July 31, 2004 22 out of 22 found this review helpful
I found this fan to be quite large in stature but excellent value for money. Its size ensures its adaptable giving best cooling area, it has variable speeds which is an added bonus. Would expect to pay more than the reasonable price Amazon charge for this item, would buy again. Recommend item so long as you have plenty space as its quite big.
Cool Breeze for the summer June 27, 2005 11 out of 12 found this review helpful
Came flat packed easy to assemble feels a bit cheap but its quiet and shifts a lot of air on all settings. Worth getting if you want a pedastool fan.
Blown Away July 15, 2005 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
I can't recommend this enough.Although assembly is required, it is an easy job taking just a few minutes. Once up and running, it has a good range of settings and is pretty quiet, even on full power (fairly powerful). I got my first decent night's sleep in a week recently thanks to this baby.
Lots of air!!! August 23, 2005 Cheatin' Jockey (Worcestershire) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
Good and sturdy with plenty of physical adjustments for height and angle; looks OK too. It comes flat packed and assembles in just a few minutes with clear instructions.Well built for the price and the only reason I gave 4 & not 5 stars is that the minimum setting isn't quite minimum enough for me. Overall a good, sound buy.
Highly rated and recommended May 13, 2007 doodallybloke (Bath. Ukland) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
We bought a couple of these fans last year and have just received 3 more. (2 for give away presents to immediate family) For the money involved there cannot be bettered. I recently had the occasion to go into several of the high street electrical stores and whilst there obviously checked out various goods and prices. The pedestal fans that I saw were not only at least a third more expensive but of inferior quality. A couple were all plastic and were actually bending over as they were `top heavy'. The 16" blade grabs and blows a huge volume of air then can clearly be felt some 10ft away plus. The self assembly is very easy to undertake and the 3 fan speed settings is more than satisfactory. Loads of puff on the max setting..... guaranteed! All in all a product well worth having. Cannot be faulted and rated very high from us.
