I am just about to buy another one. My first one was left out in very cold weather and the frozen water split the plastic. Not advisable. You need a way of turning it off before you enter the garden yourself...I forgot once or twice lol. Other than that it works very very well!!!
Not goodNovember 23, 2008 S. T. Goldthorpe I bought this (in fact I bought 2, one as a gift for someone else) to replace a much more expensive one that I had previously.
It says it has a range of 10 meteres - it doesn't. Unless something moves in front of it within about 2 meters it won't function. My previous one although much more expensive worked from about 20 metres if required. I wouldn't buy another one of these. The one that I gave as a gift doesn't work at all!!
