This is one of the brightest headlights I have ever seen. There are 5 super bright LED's in this compact headlight. The Headlight comes complete with 3 x AAA batteries and these are positioned inside the LED head fixture. The Headlight is simple to use, has a comfortable adjustable headband. The headlight has via its built in push button switch 7 different LED sequences to suit any situation. One last interesting feature is that the LED and Battery head fixture can be removed from the elasticated headband and fixed via the surface mounting magnet to any steel surface.
Note that this Headlight is only suitable for camping, hiking, reading cycling use and is not suitable for immersion in water or very rugged military type use (however it would be suitable for non tactical military use.
I highly recommend this product and for the current purchase price is a "steal" - buy it and keep it in you car, briefcase - you will never know when you might need it.
