17 Piece Outdoor Solid Teak Dining Set, Manufactured from GRADE A Quality Teak. The set comprises a 1.8 to 2.4 metre Extension Table which extends by way of a Butterfly Leaf in the centre. 8 Solid Stacking Chairs & 8 Cushions in Dark Green (The cushions have zipped removable covers and can be machine washed and tumble dried). The centre of the Butterfly Leaf has a hole for a parasol and comes with a brass ferrule for when a parasol is not in use. THE RRP of this set is 2499. The Teak used in the manufacture of this product is GRADE A Indonesian Teak which has been harvested from Government Run Sustainable Plantations. The TEAK is seasoned, Kiln Dried and then very finely sanded to last a lifetime. We have full certification of the wood used this is available on request. There is no need to oil this quality Teak in time it will mellow to a beautiful Silver colour and will last for years. I ordered this product on a Sunday and it arrived the following Saturday. It is truly great value for money and identical to sets that I have seen elsewhere for up to four times the price.
The customer service is also excellent. I telephoned the seller on sunday afternoon and he called me straight back to answer every query. There is also an e-mail address for enquiries which also elicits a prompt response.

I find that there are generally three problems with buying items off the web:
1. The product always looks better in the photograph than it does on ones doorstep
2. Delivery is slow
3. Contacting the vendor is difficult and customer service is poor
Humber Teak is the exception to the rule on all three counts. The product is much better in reality than the picture gives credit for; the quality is frankly amazing given the price and it is also very comfortable. The delivery took four days, and the vendors responsiveness (emails answered within hours, phone calls returned in minutes) was a delightful change to what normally passes for customer service these days. My bank could learn a thing or two from Humber Teak!

After my WT fiasco, I turned to Humber Teak and bought my garden furniture. They were absolutely brilliant!! Delighted with the table and chairs. High quality product at a very reasonable price.
Also, Humber are good company to do business with - they return calls and e-mails quickly.
