i just brought this item 3 days ago i put on and waited 50 mins it turns of it self in 50 mins which is good any way when i took it of my stomach was all red i relides it burnt me i must of had it up to high on the level and the markes still hurt but they are going down i surgest when you get it make sure you dont have it on max any way i got the free measurer to see if i lost any fat i was 73 before and now i was 71 so it does worke it just hurts.

Dont buy this !! I did and it is terrible!..Firstly it burns you!! when it gets very hot you must be careful because if it touches your skin it WILL burn you!. and it isnt portable so you are stuck to the chair with a massive belt on and its not even discrete! :( I still have mine and am not even going to try and sell it because it would be bad of me to try and inflict this terrible contraption to any worthy amazon buyer !!....:D
