I have had a pair of Shure E2Cs for about a year now and find them fantastic to listen to (especially for the price). My only problem was I found their fitting sometimes not great. By sheer coincidence I came across these.
I eagerly fitted them and tested them I was blown away. The way they seal your ear is truly phenomenal. Firstly they are extremely comfortable and then even more importantly as a result of the seal they produce amazing sound-isolation and in the case of the E2Cs these allow you to get the best bass-replication possible.
As was the case with my previous foam tips they face the logistical problem of taking 20 seconds to re-instert after someone selfishly tries to speak to you and expects you to listen... But this definitely shouldn't put you off as the rewards are simply outstanding.
In conclusion buy these and you will really be blown away. In my case they took my already superb earphones and allowed me to fully appreciate them more than I ever had before.
