More errors than the previous version January 8, 2008 N. L. Esq 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Don't get me wrong, I love my TomTom, but the new TeleAtlas maps lack consistency. Having bought the TomTom One Europe with Navteq maps a year ago, I decided to upgrade to the latest maps. Unfortunately the maps are "too up to date". Although I had the latest mapshare updates installed, in December 2007, the TomTom sent me up from the coast to Bergara in the Basque Country, and then suggested I continued on a motorway that, by the looks of the construction, would not be completed in 2008. Instead of a rapid motorway ride (available on two other routes), I was faced with a winding single carriage road crawling up the mountains to Vitoria. Likewise, on our return trip, it appeared to think that incomplete stretches of motorway in Extramadura were completed, and other stretches that were completed were marked as incomplete. On one occasion it recommended we leave the A-66 motorway at the exit at N38.71238, W6.3953, make a hairpin u-turn and return back onto the motorway.
