Awesome Series April 30, 2007 Jeremiah Boogle 15 out of 21 found this review helpful
After Kate's tragic death at the end of series 2, many people may be wondering what happened next. The series starts with an awesome 2 part episode where Gibbs and the team try to kill Ari, and a new director comes in, making much more appearances than the previous one. An entertaining selection including a frame-up, a probie mistake, Abby's stalker, the director's kidnapping and a gripping season finale make this dvd a must have.
Hits the mark! September 7, 2007 Rory Mercer (United Kingdom) 15 out of 15 found this review helpful
Finally, some special features! The Region 2 versions of season one and season two were just six disks of episodes (4 on each, 3 on the last disk). However eventually we have got through to the publishers and have got the following special features on a bonus disk: *The Real NCIS Declassified *Hit The Head Montage *The Round Table *The Women of NCIS *NCIS, Season of Change Aside from the special features, the box sets are very well designed (matching the other two and looking very nice on my shelf! Parents are warned that, as with all of the episodes, I would advice you to watch them first as they can be exceptionally gory sometimes. Quality is excellent and the plots are as good as ever. As a side note this season sees the sub plot of Terroris 'Ari Huswari' come to a very dramatic end. As such I would recommend seeing seasons 1 and 2 first (available from Amazon). If you don't want to buy the full season I suggest you see: *Episode 16: Bete Noire (SEASON ONE) *Episode 23: Revelle (SEASON ONE) *Episode 23: Twilight (SEASON TWO) Those episodes introduce Ari and the first part of the third season wouldn't really make much sense to someone who had not seen them. Thanks very much for reading!
Brilliant September 2, 2007 Mr. Pjk Patching (England) 10 out of 11 found this review helpful
I first started watching NCIS (seasn 3) on Channel 5 earlier this year. Within 5minutes I thought 'this is brilliant'. I believe that it is a lot better (and more realistic) than the CSI franchise. Now in it's 4th season on sky channel FX, it has found its groove and is extremely enjoyable to watch (it has been since season 1). Season 3 begins where season 2 left off, Kate has been killed by Ari and the team are after vengence. Mossad Officer Ziva Davide joins the team at the start of the 3rd season as well as a new female director who knows Gibbs fairly well. Ziva and Tony get on in a similar way to how he and Kate did, although Kate and Tony's relationship was more brother-sister (as demonstrated in Season 2 epsiode SWAK where Kate shows that she really does care about Tony even though he's a pain in the rear) A must for all NCIS fans and for those who want a change from the strange and at times far fetched CSI series.

When will AMAZON PLEASE STOP loading reviews people have written BEFORE the DVD relase date. This is SUPPOSED to be for the DVD review as well as the show itself - not the shows on TV. One extreeeeemly unhappy Amazon customer.
NCIS Series 3 April 4, 2007 H. Denton (UK/Germany) 7 out of 22 found this review helpful
Only just getting Series 3 on Channel 5 as don't have Satellite TV so thanks to the previous reviewer for spoiling the plot at the end!!! However, what I've seen so far is as good as the last 2 series.
