Another great whacky series of last of the summer wine they have been realeasing loads of them as of late the episodes include

Come Back, Jack Harry Teesdale-After getting a lift from Jack Harry Teesdale and his wife, the trio offer to help solve a marriage problem - getting their caravan into the drive.

The Kiss and Mavis Poskitt- Clegg is in hiding, after Nora, Ivy and the rest of the ladies, want to fix him up with a timid woman who he knew at school.

Oh Shut Up and Eat Your Choc Ice-After knocking a bale of hay down the hill, how will they get it back into place

Who's That Bloke With Nora Batty Then?-Compo is filled with jealousy when he spots Nora with a man.

Happy Anniversary Gough And Jessie-The lads are at the golden wedding anniversary of an old friend, and decide that it's time for him to sample some of the other pleasures of life, away from his wife

Getting Barry Higher in the World-Seymour builds Compo a kite, but doesn't count on Wesley mixing the measurements up

Three Men and a Mangle-Nora asks Compo to deliver her mangle to a friend. What can possibly go wrong?

What's Santa Brought for Nora Then? Compo is trying to earn some money to buy Nora a Christmas present. Surely Auntie Wainwright will have something suitable. 50 minute special

Return of the Warrior-Compo and Clegg see Seymour off, ready to take up a post of headmaster. They then just keep missing a returning Foggy. Last appearance of Seymour.
Foggy returns for the first time having been absent since Series 8
The first & only episode featuring two of the 'third men', however they never meet

Come In, Sunray Major-After a miscommunication leads to Foggy getting split up from Compo and Clegg, while out walking, he comes up with an idea - portable radios.

The Charity Balls-The trio take part in sponsored football dribble, for charity.

Walking Stiff Can Make You Famous-Foggy has come up with another idea, bicycle polo

That's Not Captain Zero-After meeting Captain Zero, the human cannonball, the trio take him to the pub while his van is fixed. Unfortunately when he gets arrested for being drunk, it's up to Compo to take his place.

Das Welly Boot-Foggy decides to restore an old boat, and Compo knows who he wants to take on the first trip...Nora Batty.

The Empire That Foggy Built-after seeing an argument over a parking space, Foggy decides there must be money to be made out of car parking

Roll On-The trio train for a barrel rolling event.

A Landlady for Smiler-The lads help Smiler find a new place to live.

Disagee with Mr Jarvis listing. He has overlooked content of earlier DVD, Series 9 & 10, which for many of us, covered only the twelve episode 1986 Series 9 plus three Christmas Specials. What he suggests would miss out the six episode 1988 series plus Christmas Special. I suggest what will be on this Series 11 & 12 DVD will be:

The Experiment: Compo wants to know why, when he is upside down, the blood rushes to his head. Seymour comes up with an experiment to find out.

The Treasure of the Deep: After finding an object in the stream, Seymour is sure that it's part of a bigger haul from a robbery.

Dancing Feet: Compo has hard skin on his feet, can a herbal jelly from a gypsy healer cure it?

That Certain Smile: The lads visit Clem 'Smiler' Hemmingway in hospital. Smiler is missing his dog, can the trio smuggle it into the ward?

Downhill Racer: Seymour announces that Skiing is excellent exercise, but the trio have to make do with sliding down the hills on old trays.

The Day of the Welsh Ferret: The trio go to a funeral, but is it a good idea for Compo to take his ferret with him?

Crums: Barry wants to buy Glenda a water bed, the trio dress up as Father Christmas to collect for charity, and Howard asks for help guarding his Auntie Wainwright's shop.

I recommend that if content is important to you, wait until authoritative list is published (though unfortunately Amazon does not usually include that on the website.

5 out of 5 stars As Long As We Get All Of Them   July 8, 2008

I know no more than anyone else when it comes to what this 11-12 series will include, but as I said in a comment , As long as we continue to get them in the quantity which they have been being released I will be satisfied no matter what they call them . Please , powers that be, don't leave any out . Please release all of them and call them what you wish , just release all of them . I love this show and all the characters/writer/direction/ and that wonderful scenery. All I have to do is hear the name mentioned or see the lovable pictures of the '3' on the box and I feel "real good" inside . Also as I have said before , with only one writer , the great Mr Clarke, who gave us others such as Open All Hours , the characters never change from show to show as they do when several writers are involved . As an American we usually have anywhere from 22 episodes per season to as many as 39 back in the early years . I can understand why more than one writer would be needed then, but have witnessed a character changing from the way we 'knew' them to a complete opposite in another episode . It is almost like the many writers don't bother to keep up with the character or what he/she would do in a given situation , thus writing them completely different in many episodes . An example would be Sanford And Son , a knock-off of the wonderful Steptoe And Son . In one episode a robber looses his gun in the Sanford house while trying to rob Fred . Fred who would usually be the one wanting to keep the gun and make all the money he can from it , is dead against it . On the other hand Lamont who is most of the time such an honest and lawful man , wants to pawn the gun and this is a complete roll reversal . This is only one example of only one show , but it happens all the time in America . Another favorite , Only Fools And Horses remains faithful to the characters because of one writer also, John Sullivan , who gave us another GREAT to enjoy for years and years to come . I love British humor and am glad to see that the American version on OFAH is , supposedly, un-cut and un-edited , as the UK version is . I have seen many Brits complain about this and am so grateful to all the reviewers who let us know what is going on , so we can choose either the UK version or the American . Most of my collection of DVDs are British and I am so thankful for discovering TV as TV should be . Also BEWARE of Counterfeits being sold on Ebay . None of these two series collections have been released for Canada/America Region 1 as some "Sellers" are saying . They claim to be digitally changed to play on Region 1 Players, but are rip-offs and very poor quality . You can hardly read any of the print on the boxes . This applies to the two series collections , as there are a few Region 1s available . Keep up the good work Universal Playback and keep them comming .

I agree with Frank Moyes. The last release of Last of the Summer Wine (9 and 10) was a misnomer as series 9 was a 12 episode series and as such series 10 was not included. Referring to the book on The Last of the Summer Wine, which provides a summary of every episode, the six episodes of series 10 were not included in the release. It will be interesting to see if they are included in this release. As an avid viewer of anything to do with Last of the Summer Wine I look forward to any release.Last of the Summer Wine Series 11 & 12
