Definately a must for all Mixed Martial Art fans, this probably one of, if not the best MMA documentory on release....it follows Rickson Gracie during the defence of his title at the 1995 Japan Vale Tudo Open, covering the fights of the night and behind the scenes footage & interviews of Rickson, Royler Gracie and family talking about their family's art Gracie Jiu Jitsu plus the other fighters on the run up to the big event.
Excellent well worth it.....you won't be disappointed !!!

Choke is without question the best nhb video on the market at the moment. Not does it showcase the legend that is Rickson Gracie in NHB competition, but also captures the essance of why these fighters compete. Any martial art fan must have this video in there collection.

An excellent and intelligent film. Not just a gory punchfest like I had worried. The film follows the build-up etc but also looks at the relationships between various characters, fighter and manager, gracie and family etc. Also handles tension and fear involved in the fights well, with fighters crying, running off to toilet with nerves etc.
An excellent intro to NHB fighting.

This video is incredible, very motivational, some highlights of some great fights in the 1995 Vale Tudo competitions, and you get an insight to training not only the Gracie's but with some other incredible fighters.No one would be disappointed with this video.

This video follows one of, if the best MMA/NHB of all time Rickson Gracie before during and after the Japan Freestyle 8 man tournament. This video is brilliant, Gracie has such amazing technique. I'd recommend this video to any one either in or looking to get into martial arts or for looking at Rickson Gracie.
